Cormac is Managing Director of Nurture Development and a faculty member of the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) Institute at Northwestern University, Chicago. Over the last 20 years Cormac has worked in over 30 countries around the world.
The cathedral is pleased to be able to offer this lunch and learn where you will hear form Cormac.
He is passionate about fostering community-driven change and citizen-centered democracy, and has supported hundreds of communities to make ABCD visible through what he calls ABCD Neighborhood Learning Sites.
His motto, paraphrasing Benjamin Franklin, is: ‘When it comes to community building, well done is better than well said’.
This special lunch and learn forum will offer a sampler of a two day workshop here in Cincinnati taking place later in the week. You may bring your lunch or purchase one at the event for $6.50.
