Services During Renovations

As we prepare to embark into our third century as a church serving Cincinnati’s downtown community, which includes renovations of our main worship spaces, we will be temporarily moving some of our worship services to other locations.  See below where you can continue your practice of worship — or begin a new one! — in the coming months at Christ Church Cathedral.

Services of Holy Communion

The 8 am Sunday service and the 12:10 pm weekday services of Holy Communion on Wednesdays and Fridays will be take place just “around the corner” at 412 Sycamore Street in St. Paul’s Chapel in the offices of the Diocese of Southern Ohio.

NOTE: Beginning the week of February 6, services in St. Paul’s Chapel will be moved temporarily to accommodate lighting improvements being made. Please note that the Sunday 8:00 am services will be moved to the Cathedral Nave, and mid-week services will take place in Ascension Chapel. This work is expected to take only a few weeks. An announcement will follow when services return to St. Paul’s.

For more information, contact Canon Manoj Zacharia.

Tuesday Afternoon Service

The 4:30 pm service of Evening Prayer will take place in the cathedral nave.

Wednesday Morning Prayer

The 7:30 am service of Morning Prayer will take place in Ascension Chapel, which is on the second floor in the Parish Hall.
