Please note that while events may still appear on the calendar below, all in-person programming at our cathedral is currently suspended. Please check back often, as we are working to shift our offerings to online, and you will find links and information on how to join us as we finalize those offerings.
We appreciate your grace as we identify creative, alternative ways to continue to serve you.
VIRTUAL Lenten Series
April 1 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Following the governor’s directive to stay home and an abundance of caution regarding internet band width, this second Lenten presentation by the bishop is being pre-recorded for on-demand viewing beginning at 7 PM. The video will be available at this link or from the link on the diocesan website homepage. You may also access the video from the past two weeks’ presentations at the link above.
Whose Property Is It Anyway?
We often think about Lent as a time to give things up. But this begs the deeper question: what is ours to give up? What actually belongs to us, and how has Christianity traditionally approached the notion of private property?
This is part three of a three-week series that looks at some early Christian answers to this ancient question, and how these answers may offer guidance as we struggle with immigration policy, homelessness, and reparations.
Part one and part two were streamed on March 18 and March 25.
