Join us for an informative and interactive healthcare forum exploring mental health, treatment options, and how to find the right support. Learn about mental health professionals, evaluations, accurate diagnosis, therapy, medication, and the role of lifestyle, community, and faith in emotional well-being.
Through a “Myth or Fact” activity, we’ll address common misconceptions, recognize warning signs, and discuss how to respond when someone may be experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts. Participants will also receive practical guidance and trusted resources for finding care for themselves or someone they love.
