Sunday Noon Service

Modern Liturgical Expression & Acoustic Music

At Noon Service, participate in worship expressed through the arts, acoustic folk-style music, call and response liturgy, and facilitated questions and discussion. Experience a sense of intimacy and a community desiring to explore and embody deeper things of God. Afterward, all are welcome to join for Community Lunch.

YOUTH MINISTRY ⸻

Children's Room

The Children’s Room is open and staffed during the 10:00 worship service, providing care and formation activities for children, birth through age 10. Here you will find a lovely mixed-age play space incorporating many elements of Waldorf and Montessori early childhood philosophies.

Each Sunday, we gather around the rug for a circle time of seasonal scripture and singing. After our circle, we share a snack that we’ve made together. Children are welcome to worship with their families in the nave and come to the Children’s Room just for circle time (during the sermon) or to come and stay for the entire service!

EPISCOPAL WORSHIP ⸻

Living Out the Way of Love Through Worship

When we worship, we gather with community to thank, praise, and dwell with God. We hear the Good News of Jesus Christ, give thanks, confess, and offer the brokenness of the world to God. As we break bread, our eyes are opened to the presence of Christ. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we are made one body, the body of Christ sent forth to live the Way of Love.

Just as God wants to enter into our lives and meet us where we are, so God desires for us to enter into God’s space, together, and be present there.

NOON SERVICE ⸻

Explore Your Faith Further at Noon Service

Discover the beauty and simplicity of the Episcopal tradition at this hour-long worship gathering that combines prayer, silence, music, scripture, and discussion. People who attend Noon Service comment on the welcome, the sense of intimacy and community, the richness of conversation, and the sense of reverence and playfulness.

WORSHIP MUSIC ⸻

Sing Out From the Heart

Music is an integral part of who we are at Christ Church Cathedral. When we gather for worship, we sing together exuberantly as a congregation. Our multiple choirs and musical instruments bring a variety of superb literature from the Anglican cathedral tradition and give voice to a range of powerful emotions.

Just as God wants to enter into our lives and meet us where we are, so God desires for us to enter into God’s space, together, and be present there.
